If you already gave Starri permission to access the camera:
Step back until you are showing up in the center of the camera view, and your head and upper body are visible to the camera. Make sure that there's sufficient lighting in your playing environment.
If you declined to give Starri permission to access the camera:
For iOS users:
- Please go to" Settings", search "Starri" and turn on the “Camera” toggle.

- Restart Starri again.
For Android users:
- Please go to "Settings", search "All Apps/Manage Apps" and choose "Starri". Tap "App permission" and turn on the "Camera" toggle.

- Restart Starri again.
