Yes, there are several options:
Option 1: download Starri iOS / Android app, and play the game on mobile instead. If you use “Settings -> Account -> Data Sync Code” functionality to sync your Steam and mobile account, you can still use Steam account to unlock premium songs in Journey, and enjoy them on mobile.
Option 2: use your phone camera with the help of any camera streaming app.
You can try installing Iriun app or any similar apps that can stream your phone camera input as a virtual camera on your PC & Mac. If you use Iriun, install both its PC/Mac app and the mobile app.
